Starting with his 1970's childhood in a remote Indian village, the film shows Ramakant's journey as he sets out to find his older brother in the entrails of 1980's Mumbai.
UMRIKA was shot on Super 16mm film, on an elaborate set constructed in the Maharashtra mountains and on location in Mumbai, India. The film won the Audience Award in the World Dramatic category at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival, and has been sold for theatrical release in over 30 countries.

Hip-hop infused coming-of-age film THE WACKNESS humorously chronicles high school graduate and drug dealer Luke Shapiro's last summer in New York City, as he tries to come to terms with the fact that his constantly arguing parents seem to have lost all the money that they meant to send him to college with. His best friend turns out to be his shrink, Dr Squires (masterfully portrayed by Sir Ben Kingsley), who exchanges therapy sessions for Luke's weed, and certainly does not approve of Luke's feelings for his stepdaughter Stephanie.
THE WACKNESS was shot on vintage Balthar lenses on Super 35mm film. Produced by Occupant Entertainment, the movie was released by Sony Picture Classics after taking home the Dramatic Audience Award at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival.

MY SOUL TO TAKE was the first film since NIGHTMARE ON ELMSTREET that late legendary horror director Wes Craven penned himself. The story takes us to the small town of Riverton, where Adam "Bug" Heller is trying to save his friends from a serial killer, who, as legend claims, might have inhabited their souls.
Universal Pictures made the film under their Rogue and Focus divisions. The film was released in 3D. Craven's wife, Iya Labunka, produced together with Academy Award winning producer Anthony Katagas.

MINOTAURO marked Petra's feature film debut, and was shot on Super 16mm, in the Yucatan and Campeche provinces of Mexico. The drama, with elements of magic realism, is centered around the psychic bond of a twin brother and sister separated in childhood. The two reunite under dramatic circumstances as they try to protect each other from their mother's superstitions and Belizian arms smugglers sent by their father.
The film was produced independently and won an Independent Spirit Award for Best Debut Feature.
